Retired facebook rant

The extreme feminist mantra is being retired from my facebook profile, though not the sentiments that inspired it. Here, one last time:

I am a feminist. A feminist, feminist. Some would say a militant feminist. Some would say a femme-nazi. I am not a cute feminist, a girly feminist, or a "but can't I still let him buy me dinner" feminist. I believe that women have every bit as much human capital as men. I am supportive of women who want to find a husband, have kids, and stay home and raise them, but that doesn't mean I have to. I dream about a world where women do not think their waistlines are more important than their grades. I dream about a world where smart women are sexy. I dream about a world without Jessica Simpson, The Rules, Love Actually, and every other "I'm dumb, isn't it cute" ideal. I am the kind of feminist men run from. But I dream about a world where they don't.
